Specialist Goal Setting and review emails - meaning we can discuss how your plan needs to change based on your unique situation. We make the plan work for you.
Maximum of 3 people per session - this means you get the best mix of effective coaching AND support from others on the same journey as you.
Do you want to have me as your coach exclusively to yourself? This is the ultimate package for anyone looking to get in shape.

Fee: Prices from £41 per week based on 1 session per week.
Do you struggle with finding time to get to a coach? This is for you, this option is for those who find it hard to stick to a weekly routine but would still like guidance.
Everything is tracked and communicated via an app that includes all your training and nutrition.
Basic Package: Includes monthly recipe packs and nutritional guidelines - starting from £7.50 per week.
Personalised Package: Includes monthly recipe packs and a totally personalised nutritional plan - starting from £12.50 per week (that's less than a weekly takeaway - just saying)
