I can not recommend this man enough.. When I first went with Dom I was 80kg no motivation to do anything and was stuck in a bit of a rut with the first lockdown. In two months time I was down to 71 kg and the fittest i think I have ever been. He was always in contact with me and trying to make the workouts fit around me while we were stuck at home. That also continued when we was allowed back into the gym. Could not thank the man enough with the help he gave me and highly recommend.

I am a 43 year old man and understood that I was getting overweight for some time. I had contacted Dominic a couple of times but never committed to doing anything; just made some excuses why I couldn't. I was worried as I hadn't been in a gym or done any meaningful exercise for years .
About 10 weeks ago I did commit I am now at the start of week 9 of the Dad Bod programme. My only regret is I didn't do it earlier. I have lost over a stone in weight my body shape has changed, I have gained muscle and feel fit again. I can't believe the progress. I am eating foods I never thought I would eat and enjoying every meal.
I feel supported and there's always help if I need it. I have made new friends and now feel healthy and confident to now take on more. As I have got fitter I have started running, which I could never do. My energy levels are up and I feel great. So for me it's the best thing I have done for years.

Went on the 12 week plan with Dom and was really happy with the results. Dom gave me so much information about nutrition in addition to my training. Dom really puts a massive amount of effort into every aspect of your fitness and I found him to be one of the most knowledgable people I have met in regards to diet and fitness. Training was fun with a large range of exercises and monthly goals and tasks. The ongoing support I have received even a year on has been exemplary and I would have no hesitation in recommending him for all your fitness goals.
