Jack has just finished his 3-month journey with me, where he started off at 16 1/2 stone.
He now stands at 13 stone 7lbs, that's a whopping 18kg and almost 3 stone.
Let that sink in for a moment, that is almost 1 stone a month.
You'll notice that is actually more than 3 months and you know why? Because during the time we worked together Jack had a Holiday to Ibiza that set us back.
Which makes this even more impressive.
Not only that but this was during the world cup (beers, beers, beers) also during a heavy social period for him where he also went to Ascot.
So, I'm guessing you want to know how we did it? What magical diet he stuck to and what insane training regime he adhered to?
We cut portion sizes, that is it really, sorry it's so boring.
Ermmm, Jack trained with me in a gym 2 x per week; Yes just two.
He plays football too so I guess that counts?
Apologies that isn't the answer you wanted, but it's the truth. When us fitness guys tell you the secret is to just be consistent we really mean it!
