To take you through this I want to talk to you about an old client I once had
When he came to me he had never been to a gym before and thought he hated it.
It turned out he had no idea what he was doing.
He knew how good the gym could be for him but was always hesitant in starting.So, he decided to reach out to me for personal training.Which he ended up loving.
Only thing is, he was a busy Dad and work and home life got in the way of training.He wanted to continue to train but have the flexibility to do it whenever and wherever he wanted.
This was the start of peak programming.
I wanted to plug the gap for guys getting into training at a gym.And create something that was like having a personal trainer in your pocket which allows you to follow a programme on your terms
But not only that, give you the tools to learn how to do it all yourself.You’ll see below that there are three levels.
